This restaurant is only paid for the bill. the quality of food was average, but the service was terrible. in the same weight the wee was very good and at a fair price. the service fee will be applied free of charge and to this occasion. has been removed (after a complaining) but the restaurant is in my opinion clearly in the habit to use it unrestricted to improve their margins. bad experience and will not return.
Decided to go to chinatown for an authentic Chinese meal. reviewed reviews and decided on the tao tao from the starters were ok only, but miniscule sections... we decided for curry and salt n chili chicken...for the few chickens we could find it was dark and fat and the curry was like a watery tasteless soup...how can they get a curry wrong! the personal even talked with the order and eating everything came exaggerated, so that we did not eat at the same time and the tellers were simply sprinkled on the table. I was so disappointed and still hungry, so we asked the bill to find only a service fee. I asked that this be removed and asked what was wrong when I tried to explain, the waiter went away in the middle of the set and a woman appeared that said she would lift it off, but if I returned. I saw the money and put it on the table. I regret that people here aren't eating, because I've never had such a bad Chinese food and eaten hundreds. I still see a week later to the cost and rudeness and had to take a return to the hotel. please do not believe good reviews than his embarrassing they are still in business.
Satay ordered starter and baked balls as I could not carry the order of chicken wings and ribs on each. starter came mins apart and tiny portions. we then ordered chicken curry and salt n pfeffer chicken...brown gristle, totally inedible. curry was like brown water. the...staff wouldn't even look at us and stood up to chat with each other, as the tellers were only on the table. I asked for the bill to find only there was a service fee and I am still hungry. said the waiter, I have not paid service fee and over comes the waitress who accused me of what was wrong. well, I just made kits while she stormed and appeared to say a few minutes later, she would pull it out, but if we came back again, she would not. I'm sorry for the foreign tourists who see this as a holiday deal.
Absolutely delicious and amazing. I’ve eaten here twice now and can’t recommend it enough. The Xiao Long Bao dumplings and fantastic, and they have the best chicken chow mein I’ve ever eaten. The egg fried rice is also super yummy, and my partner loves the...crispy duck rolls. The food comes out as it’s ready which is pretty normal for a Chinese restaurant, so don’t expect all your food to arrive at once. The service is polite and very speedy. Best Chinese in London!
