After visiting the Freddie Mercury Exhibition, we stopped by for breakfast and were very pleased that we did because the poached eggs were cooked perfectly! Kudos to the chef. The restaurant had an elegant setting with incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities were spotlessly clean. The exhibition itself was also truly amazing. (August 16th)
I went for lunch before visiting the Freddie Mercury exhibition and had a great experience. The staff at the front of the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful despite being busy. The restaurant is small but beautifully decorated. The menu was creative yet had many tempting options. The portion sizes were generous, the food was fresh and cooked perfectly. The people at the table next to me were amazed at how the food exceeded their expectations. It's clear that the kitchen is run by a talented chef who has a passion for food. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in London.
The coffee is excellent and super tasty, and the chocolate cookie is delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and nice.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and well-equipped, although it can feel a bit small and cramped. The service is top-notch and professional, but not particularly inviting. The tea selection is excellent, but other cafes nearby offer better lattes. The breakfast dishes are well-prepared, but the toast could use improvement. Overall, the pricing is on the higher side, costing around £35 for two people with a meal and hot drinks.
