Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to dine at this restaurant. Despite multiple waiters and staff passing by our table, we were never given a menu to order from.

I met a friend for lunch and reserved a table, assuming there would be at least a salad option for vegans. I asked a staff member (who appeared to be a manager) but she didn't seem to understand veganism and stated they do not cater to vegans. Despite the menu stating they can accommodate most dietary requirements, she insisted only vegetarian options were available. I asked about making the falafel burger vegan, but she was rude in her response. After checking with the kitchen, she returned and simply ignored me until I had to ask again, to which she flat out denied any modifications. The entire experience was terrible and I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone. Additionally, their contact email address does not work, making the whole situation feel like a joke.

The meal (Steak) was impossible to cut and not provided with the correct knife. A steak knife was provided on request and the steak still couldn't be cut, it was full of gristle and impossible to eat. It must of dies of old age. Service was prompt.
