Popped in for coffee and sandwich. Service okay. Coffee good. However, although it was not busy there were as many staff as customers we struggled to find a table that wasn't sticky or free of crumbs on table or chairs. That was just the start though. The toilets left me dumbstruck. Filthy no actual seat on the toilet just a bowl. How can that be acceptable in a modern eating establishment in London. I would never go to one of the Eat branches again.
I usually pop in the shop to grab some food for my lunch break. I want to say thank you to all the staff working over there specially to Veronica the Assistant Manager, she's a star and always willing to help in anything. Please graduate her to Manager.
I dont know if a staffing issue, but my first and only ever visit was not the best one. The clerk at the till could not really grasp the order of simply egg roll and tea! Took forever to order, forever to prepare and for the price paid for the food, it was very disappointing. Tasted fine, but far too small, too fast Food feel to it and the Cafe does not have rest room facilites the OXO centre does but its a walk)
Simple food, quick snacks at a great price. The downside is that this place doesn't have any restroom facilities on site, so it can be inconvenient for families with kids. You'll have to go elsewhere, which was unexpected.
