They accept online orders and payment but are unable to deliver the food or even notify customers of the issue due to a lack of staff. If you are lucky enough to reach them after a long wait, they will inform you that your pizza will not be coming and that you will have to wait a week for a refund.
I received my order burnt and with two toppings missing. This is not surprising, but unfortunately, this is my default delivery location and I am unable to change it.
I have ordered from this restaurant three times and each time there was an issue with the delivery taking at least an hour. When calling customer service, the experience was unpleasant. I would recommend using Deliveroo instead. Just don't bother with this restaurant.
I ordered from Dominos on 24th November, tracked my delivery (you can do this through their website) i could see the driver was 6 minutes away. 10 minutes later and i cant see the driver. I called up only to find that they were really busy and my pizza had not left? the person on the phone had to call his manager, call his driver, this went on for 10- 15 minutes. I got a call back telling me that they can send me another pizza it will take another 45 minutes! I had already been waiting over an hour and a half at this point. i asked for a refund and i was told that this would be credited in 3 days. its the 21st Dec and guess what no refund still. i called up again yesterday, the 'manager ' took my name and number and told me that he would follow up with his team. Guess what he still hasnt called me back.
I ordered a large pizza, chicken strips, 3 drinks and an ice cream. Firstly they get the drinks wrong and forget the chicken strips and the forgot the extra toppings on the pizza. The driver got annoyed when he said he would have to come back with the bits they forgot. An hour passes, still nothing, so I call to chase and they say it will take another hour. Finally he arrives, 2 hours later. The next driver comments on my body saying mmm nice and then licks his lips, also the drinks were wrong again but I had given up at this point. Then at QUARTER PAST MIDNIGHT I get a phone call saying I hadn 't paid. The woman tells me I haven 't for a good 5 minutes, when I point out I have on my card she then says, 'Oh, yeah I see it now '. Doesn 't apologise or even recognise she 's called at a ridiculously late hour and woken me up!! Don 't use this franchise unless you want your wrong order and to be woken up for now apparent reason. Horrendous.
