Di Carlo's Pizza Pasta

I placed an order through Uber Eats for a pizza with extra toppings. When it arrived, I noticed that the Parma ham I had paid £1.50 for was missing from my pizza. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they insisted that it was on there. However, I checked and it definitely was not. Additionally, I noticed that our pizzas were unevenly cut, as if done by someone with poor eyesight. The customer service was terrible, as I was spoken to rudely and lied to. This experience has made me not want to order from there again, despite the fact that the pizzas were delicious. It would have been better if they had apologized and offered a discount for a future order. It's a shame, as the food was good, but the bad customer service has turned me off from ordering from there in the future.

Absolutely superb, authentic Italian wood fired pizzas which really does make such a difference. They are absolutely delicious and really good quality produce is used. It is not cheap at all, yet you get what you pay for, we order a pizza each and with extras can be as much as £15 a pizza. My son has the lasagna and its delicious yet more should be given for the portion as it's a mean size. Superb excellent for pizza night. Delivery time was good and the pizzas were hot and not soggy. Rating the service as on the delivery.

Probably the best pizza this side of Naples!! Family get together was made perfect with sharing Italian sausage with wild broccoli and extra buffalo mozzarella

Ok so it was half an hour late i ask of extra pepperoni but there was very little on it ,dont no what the cheese but it was not good.wont be going back and for those that think its the best in North London you need to get out more.i was in a little pub in Hastings this weekend and there pizza was great made in an oven in the garden? so why are shops serving up junk ...must be for a quick buck..

The service at this restaurant is fantastic and the pasta is delicious. The new family that owns this place is doing an excellent job. I can't get enough of the Di Carlos pasta, and my daughter adores the Nutella pizza on sourdough. I highly recommend this hidden local gem.
