Went to Caffe Nero beside St.James's church Piccadilly and off Jermyn Street. Great location just off Piccadilly. Both the coffee and the service were good.
Perfect coffee. Good service. Didnt buy any of the food options but there was a good choice available. Did takeaway too
I took to friends of mine there, after we'd been shopping at Fortnum Mason. We sat in the courtyard ate the back and it has small garden were you can sit on sunny days and relax
This Caffè Nero sits between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street, alongside St James’s Church with an entrance from both streets. Well made coffee, pastries and cakes. A nice cozy atmosphere, with seating on two levels. Service usually friendly, giving this Nero a local neighbourhood feel in the middle of the city. But.... It is sadly let down by its paved garden area with seating and large umbrellas on the Piccadilly side. It is not looked after as well as the inside, often full of cups and plates from the day and rubbish from the day before. Pigeons are all over the tables and it is currently full of wet slippery leaves, making it difficult for some customers to come and go. This should be a huge asset for Caffè Nero, a potential year round oasis, which would encourage more customers with a just a little care and attention.
