Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy food has just arrived and the bag was split. The food leaked out and I could not accept the food. I have asked left the food to be returned to the drived . I got on the phone to the restaurant to ask for another order to be delivered. Unfortunately, the restaurant number has come as invalid. I tried a few times to no avail. So my only option is to put in a refund request through to JustEat in hope that somehow my money will be refunded. This is an incredibly stressful experience. Not ok.
SENT FOOD NEVER GOT ANYTHING HOW CAN THIS BE ACCEPTABLE REQUESTED REFUND WAS TOLD NOT GETTING ANYTHING BACK DUE TO HIGH DEMAND NOT HAPPY AT ALL
Still hadn't been delivered but saying it was delivered. arrived cold the food. isn't the first time they do this. wont be the last.
They send wrong orders and yasterday they send the food damages and there phone number is not working so they just tack the money and send you wrong order and no phone number to call them
Food was lovely portions was great Dessert was really nice!! Food is delicious
