Very disappointing food and drinks, ambience was pretty standard

Went there having booked via OpenTable a week in advance. I turned up early, only to find the venue closed for a private Xmas event. OpenTable were non the wiser and even sent a booking reminder in advance of my attending.

I booked a table through the App to be told I didn’t have a table reserved. It was only when I walked out that someone came running after me to offer a table once another group had finished. I have had bad service at The Fable before. I will not be going back as a result.

Nice venue but unfortunately the food let down our experience. People who ordered burgers were the only ones who were happy with their food.

We came to The Fable for my birthday meal on Saturday and I'm so glad I chose here! The cocktails and food were delicious (especially the steak! and Connor was an amazing host funny, friendly and really helpful. I'll definitely be back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
