Definitely not worth the money, Paid $15 for a cup of rice and a bit of pork that wasn't even seasoned well. The portion was small. Seafood jam pong cost $13 and only had a few pieces of calamari and random seafood; the rest is noodles and onion. No kimchi or any other sides on top of that.
We got the jja jang myeon $10-ish) to go and had a picnic near Cascadilla Gorge area. The food was luke warm but that could have been because of the temperature outside. The sauce was plentiful and delicious. It had pieces of potatoes, onions and some meat pieces. The noodle portion was good for one meal with extra sauce to take home if desired.
The staff were very friendly and the food reminds me of home! I'll definitely be going back.
Don't walk pass this restaurant! It's at the top of Eddy Street and the Korean food exceeded our expectations! When it comes to aesthetics, you'll be disappointed, but when it comes to staff/food, you'll be dying to come back for more! Don't mind the trash on the sidewalk or the bare walls/tables inside, come for the food! My boyfriend and I shared the steamed dumplings and an order of bulgogi with an extra side of white rice. We ate every last drop, it was so delicious and the broth was exceptionally flavorful. The food came out quickly and was piping hot! If we're back in the area, we'd come back!
