Domino's Pizza - City of Ithaca

I called a day in advance to order four large pizzas for a school birthday party for two students. I specifically requested that the pizzas be delivered to the school by 11:15, which is when lunch starts. They confirmed they could do it. However, when I checked in at 11:10, they assured me it was on the way. By 11:30, I tried calling again, but they hung up on me. Finally, the driver called at 11:40 to say he had arrived, but by then lunch was over and two students missed out on their birthday celebration. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
