The service is painfully slow, reminiscent of a chaotic kitchen nightmare. It's like a pizzeria trying to claim they're gourmet! On top of that, I received no sauce for my takeout, no napkins, and not even a fork.
Every time I visit, it takes a long time for my order to be taken. They serve the drinks first, but by the time I'm ready to enjoy them after waiting about 10 minutes, the drinks are already flat.
Great portions of rice, chicken, and steak. Good service, a solid 10!
Two times in a month, I drove one hour before closing through the car ride and the place was closed. Lights inside are on, but drive nerve ticking characters off. The signs say it closes M-F at 9:00. Does the franchise owner know? If the sign is wrong, it should specify the right hours.
I called the Fontana Waba Grill today to place an order for two and had to leave a message because the recorder came on that they were not able to answer the phone. I gave my name and number and said I wanted to place an order. Nobody called me back, I guess they don't care about their customers. Where's the customer service. Will not be back.
