I went to buy a loaf of bread for breakfast at 10 a.m. When I walked in, I found no one at the front desk, probably working in the back. Then I called the staff and she said wait a second. After a few minutes, she walked out as if I had disturbed her, giving me the feeling that (I owed her a lot of money) (she was the boss and I was a part-time worker). Her attitude made me feel nervous and I ordered It was beef. When she picked up the beef and put it into the bread, a piece of meat fell out. She actually picked it up and put it back into my bread. This is something I can't stand, so I came here to write about my experience and my thoughts, hoping that more people will see.
The lady who serves is a lady who has a very bad attitude, it seems that she is not happy at home and she brings problems to work, she is not interested. Work just wants to be talking. With her partner and I, I tell the lady that it is better to leave the work for someone who wants to do it.
No service or food available at 7 am not at 7.18 am. Hours of operation indicate starting time is 7 am. I arrived shortly after 7 am and I ask at what time. Would she open. She says until the coffee is ready. I wait to only be told that she does not serve sandwiches or any food until 8 am, only coffee at this time. I point the starting time notes right outside. She then says she will start my breakfast sandwich but says it would be ready until 15 to 18 minutes when the toaster would be warmed up. So there is no food service in the first hour of operation. The server’s demeanor brings the atmosphere to a zero.
I guess I won't be the first to complain about the woman employee who is in a bad mood. And even though online, it says it opens at 7am she told me she wouldn't be making sandwiches till 830. When I can clearly see they had bread already made ready to be served. I don't understand how a person can work in customer service and not know how to handle herself.
Subway inside Puente Hills Toyota has the worst customer service. I went for a sandwich and the server was very unfriendly and lacks customer care . I recommend they be retrained for better customer service.
