Carl's Jr. - City Of Industry

My family and I stopped here after visiting Rose Hills Cemetery. We got drinks and snacks. Unfortunately they did not have the snack we all wanted, which was milkshakes. The restaurant itself was clean, fries were fresh, and we had very quick service.

Really bad service, 2 times I went and the cook wasn't there (supposably). Soda was flat, the employees sound like they don't want to be there.. Needs new management asap

Ordered 2 monster biscuit sandwiches, both biscuits were burnt and hard. Actually tasted a bit old too (tried one bite). Was $22 for both meals, tasted worse than a day old gas station biscuit. Second time something like this happened to me here. Save yourself sometime and money go to McDonalds or Starbucks.

The cashier Angel and cook Coby were nice fast and food was hot and perfect..very curtious and clean..

24 hr drive thru and usually there is not much of a line. the spicy chicken was decent but I've had better. also at night these streets are pretty dark around here, there's not alot of choices in the area have to drive far. will update on their oreo shake quality next time! update: i originally gave less stars but went again and had their jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken. this staff member was excellent. he was courteous, quick and helpful. i was just thinking carl's jr doesn't have an app (for coupons and he gave me coupons (without me asking! awesome! depends when you go! but I'd go in the day!
