Dunkin' - City of Batavia

Probably the cleanest Dunkin I've been too. Staff are friendly too. Food is Dunkin, this isn't a Michelin restaurant

The sandwich was alright, pretty expensive for a breakfast sandwich. The tea with milk was so bad. I dumped it all out, maybe the milk was bad or maybe it was just really bad tea. Dunkin should definitely learn from Tim's on their tea.

The coffee wasn't good and they wouldn't make good on it plus the cup was broken and spilled all over me and the worker shrugged

Always fast wonderful service, the staff here is always polite and kind even when the line wraps around the parking lot

Always great service. Window clerks are always nice and accommodating because my grandma likes a dome lid on her frozen coffee. My only gripe is my chai is sometimes only 3/4 full.
