Wendy's - Citrus Heights

Like everywhere else, the food is far too expensive. Like everywhere else, the service and attitude of the people working there is terrible. Would it hurt you to smile as you charge me 49$ for 2 combos and two 4 for 4s? Maybe cut some staff and lower yourprices. For $15+ an hour, I expect better service. The food is what it is. Everyone is marginal.

I rarely go to wendys because they are over priced but i decided to go there today for a classic sausage egg and chesse sandwich and this is what i ended up with. missing the sausage. i probably wont ever go back again as this isnt the first time this hashappened at this location

Pretty poor quality service and food for a Wendy's. The lines are long, and most of the workers are impatient at both the speaker and the windows. Nuggs aren't usually warm by the time they're handed to you, and buns are usually soggy. The chili isfine though. If you're not expecting much, this place is okay; definitely don't go here if you have fond memories of otherWendy's.

This location leaves alot to be desired! I am a firm believer in letting the cleaniness of the restaurant speak for the food! I made the mistake of using the restroom while there to wash my hands before eatting and I can't believe how dirty it is afterrecently being remodeled, I understand it is a public restroom but the caked dirt in the hand driers made me not want to eat myfood! I didn't want to be wasteful so I offered it to a nearby less fortunate fellow who was glad to accept! The employees werepretty polite but there was an older woman I presume to be the manager yelling at the workers in a slightly unprofessionalmanor, corrective criticism can be a lot more productive in my experiences than scolding an employee. I really hope thislocation improves, I love Wendys but this location I refuse to go back to! No matter how convenient it is location wise.

It's a Wendy's. Good food. Fast. Fries came out super hot. Bathroom was mostly clean but locked? Never seen that before.
