Unfortunately, this plave happens to be a few blocks from my house, so we end up there a few times a year and in the 5 yrs. I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct. It's always missingat least 1 item usually more. They are usually pretty friendly and have no problem giving you whatever is missing if you goback, but who wants to deal with all that?
Just went through the drive thru. The chick was mentally ill or something. Couldn't take an order to save her life. Get my order and they skim me a taco and everything is cold af. No meat in their tacos. This is the last place. I will ever go to again.
I then went to the front door, which was locked, and tried to get the attention of the employees inside. Eventually, one of them came to the door and told me I couldn't have my order. I explained that I had followed their instructions and that the food was already paid for. He just laughed at me, repeated that I couldn’t get my order, and then shut and locked the door in my face. I called corporate, and they informed me that it would take 3-4 business days to process a refund. I tried contacting the actual store this morning, but no one picked up; it just rang and rang. Now all I get is a busy signal. I will never return to this location, even if I were starving. They do not deserve my money.
I'm writing this review solely based on their nacho fries. I typically only visit Taco Bell when they bring these fries back, and so far, this is the only location that served me fresh, hot fries. I've tried at least six different locations since the fries returned, and I was close to giving them up for good due to the repeated disappointments—most of the time, the fries were old, soggy, and barely warm. However, this location really impressed me by providing fries that brought back memories of their original, high-quality nacho fries.
Sometimes, you have to make a difficult choice: do you prioritize the quality of the food, or do you choose to support the people behind it? Personally, I lean towards the latter. Unfortunately, this franchise shows little regard for the safety of its employees, which is evident in both the food and service. The atmosphere is filled with dissatisfaction, and the condition of the restaurant leaves much to be desired; it’s unclean and the food lacks proper hygiene, all due to the negligence of the owner. Following a break-in at this location in November 2022, the owner's indifference towards employee safety was alarming. So, keep in mind that when you spend your money here, you’re essentially endorsing a selfish owner who shows no concern for your health, well-being, or their staff.
