Smashburger - Citrus Heights

Terrible, got my order completely wrong, soggy fries, tasteless burger, awful I called them to express my concerns, the gal basically hung up and told me to bring it up with door dash. Not quite sure what door dash has to do with an awful burger and fries from smash burger. VERY disappointed with my first and definitely my last experience with smash burger.

Burgers were greasy cold, the fries were cold not the best burger joint.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager came out to help me navigate my first time using the app to scan in my reward. The food was great and large portions.

Employees are high on something. Rude customer service,cold food. Employees talk negatively about customers.

Came a little late at night but i appreciated the employees being welcoming. I just got some sides and the wait was fairly quick. The smash fries with rosemary were super delicious.
