Chipotle Mexican Grill - Citrus Heights

Too many times we have gone to this location and our order is missing items like guac or there is entirely too much salt in the rice making the meal inedible. My money is better spent at a dine-in restaurant

The front counter workers for the most part are nice. However, every time I go to pick up a mobile order from this location it's always the same person (He has a highlight in his hair) that has me waiting atleast 15 minutes for my food. Each time this has happened my food is cold, so I know it was done and he could have done his job. I'm not sure if this individual is just really that inefficient or if they are having fun by making people wait for their food. But I'm probably just going to avoid this location due to this particular worker. Each time this has happened he waits until there is about four to five of us waiting. Then he decides to bring everything out at once. The front counter always tell him that a particular mobile order is ready and he basically ignores them.

Dirtiest chipotle restaurant I've ever seen! I've been to so many chipotle's because I absolutely love it but I almost walked out because of how dirty the place was behind the counter. There wasn't even one table clean even though I'm the only patron in the entire place. I will NEVER return here. ZERO STARS.

Came in with some friends at the peak of lunchtime the other day first time at this location. The line moved really fast and the employees were friendly and efficient. My bowl was made to order and DEEEEElicious too. Plenty of seating and the restaurant was clean. The bathrooms are locked and need a code to enter. Good value for lunch especially. The restaurant is right across from Sunrise Mall, in the same parking lot as Target. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Food prices and quality of food didn't seem to go down, but boy was service extremely slow, the lines were long and the staff was sparse. This location is running on slow staff or they cut employee counts.
