Benihana - Citrus Heights

The fried rice he prepared was fantastic. I ordered mine with filet and chicken, while my companion requested two portions of fried rice. In addition, he ordered two more to take home. Clearly, we're big fans of fried rice—absolutely love it! We've had experiences with other chefs who have overcooked it in the past, which is disappointing given the price—three orders for $17.50. We didn’t want to complain, so we paid for those and ended up discarding them, thinking we could enjoy it at home. But tonight, Daniel, with his name tag, was exceptional in every way. We felt it was important to share our appreciation for his wonderful service. Thank you, Daniel!

I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, but it was quite entertaining to see her little knife routine! = P
