Mcdonald's - Circleville

I have only ordered frappes on the app and picked up curbside from here. But I can say that they are always accurate and friendly. And, the caramel frappe is well worth it!

Rude service. Ordered a plain latte no syrup. It had sugar or some sweetener in it. Either the steamed milk or accidental. The woman came out and told me loudly “I didn’t put sugar in it!” I said; ok, I’m not going to argue w you! I tasted sugar! She got in my face and showed me an empty cup saying “see! No sugar!” I asked for my back the manager was even rude. What has happened to customer service???

The customer service is horrible. Unless you're going through the drive thru, they take forever and usually you stand there for several minutes before anyone actually approaches you.Also, they're getting pretty bold when they demand to see a person's phone. Nobody is obligated to give a McDonald's employee access to their personal property that has private stuff on it that they want to keep secure. Someone needs to explain this to this store's management.

Wrong on the order every time like they have no care in the world

Staff r very friendly, Always. Drive thru is always fast. Sandwiches can be sloppy sometimes but still good.
