I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food. It was evident that it was not fresh. The fries were chewy, suggesting they had been sitting out for some time. The mac and cheese bites tasted burnt, but they definitely seemed old, which was puzzling. The only acceptable item was the roast beef sandwich, but I suspect that had also been sitting for a while. Lastly, the buffalo chicken slider was dry and barely had any buffalo or ranch sauce. I recommend ordering food only during the day since they don't prepare fresh items at night. It's unfortunate.

The bun wasn’t sliced and was stale, and the sandwich had roasted and green peppers on it, which I had to remove because I specifically ordered it without them. The mozzarella sticks were cold as well. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Ordered bacon ranch Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger. Was given a regular burger. So arbys gets to pocket the extra 2 dollars I guess.

However, the service was excellent, scoring a 5, and the atmosphere was pleasant, with a 4 rating. If you're looking for something to try, I would recommend the roast beef instead. Overall, the price was reasonable, around $10 to $20 per person.
