Burger King - Circle Pines

I 'm a pretty good fan of the Whopper, but... This Burger King turned me off forever. I admit, the Whopper I ordered wasn 't bad, but as I waited a lengthy amount of time for my order, I had plenty of time to look around. There was disorganization everywhere! First, the soda machine wasn 't working and filthy. When someone complained about it, the manager shouted out that she already fixed it . Eventually she came around, tinkered with it, but disappeared without checking it further. Two more individuals complained afterwards that it still wasn 't working. The kitchen was obviously unorganized as there was trash strewn everywhere and the dining area was in shambles. Whilst several of us customers were waiting for orders, it made conversation amongst us about the condition of the establishment. Manager attempted two more times with the soda machine; once getting snippy with a customer. When my order finally came around (estimated 15 min wait), soda still wasn 't working. I asked for my cup to be filled from drive-up window and manager yelled out- I already fixed the soda machine! . Why do I love their burgers? Although this BK stood out as one that 'll be in my mind forever, I think back at other BK 's I 've experienced and it seems, in general, they do have issues regarding cleanliness. Surprised there hasn 't been any Chipotle stories that I know of.

Got 2 Whopper Jr. Burger meals earlier today. I ended up going to the drive through so I didn't have to get out of my car ha. After I paid and left, I came home to realize that I was missing one container of fries that came with the meal! The burgers were sloppily put together. The soda ended up tasting really flat. Basically watered down soda. I would give this place another chance if this wasn't the 2nd time this has happened! Service isn't the best either. Would give 0 stars if I could. Better try your luck at another Burger King location because this one is a joke.

This should be a -1 or lower! The food was ok (I USED to love the Whopper Jr). My complaint is that the upcharge for milk was outrageous! I choose the VALUE MENU MEAL Whopper Jr (appx $3) but wanted milk instead of soda pop. My bill was $5.45. Really? $2.45 upcharge for a small milk instead of a gallon of pop? My server did notice the price discrepancy asked the manager (I think) and she stated that that was right. Maybe I should have refused right there, but I was soooo hungry for a nice Whopper Jr burger. Well, I did eat the valueless meal but now I wish I had skipped it! Now I will avoid Burger King at all costs because I think they are deceptive!

We've given this place a try a few times because my kids like BK but the order is always wrong

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is notorious for wrong orders. They often do not have the A, B, or even C crew working. Most recently, we planned to eat in. We ordered 2 sodas. All of the diet pop was out. We told 3 people and just got blank stares. Finally, someone attempted to fix the machine (it still didn't work by the time we left over 30 minutes later). Never did they offer to fill my pop by another machine or a refund. If you really want to go to BK, find another BK in the area!
