Wok Express - Cincinnati

Ordered the beef and broccoli and the teriyaki chicken, both with steamed rice, for carryout. My order took only ten minutes. The food piping hot and tasted good. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. This was my first time there and I hope to return soon.

I ordered Lo Mein from this restaurant and found a piece of fabric in it. I called them to report the issue and was told the manager would call me back, but I never received a call. It was a terrible experience and I was lucky I didn't ingest the fabric.

Yesterday, I ordered beef rice noodles from Uber Eats. At first, everything seemed great, but then I found a piece of braided fabric in my food, which could have been dangerous if I had swallowed it. I contacted the restaurant, but they seemed to not understand my concerns, even though they spoke English. I had to repeat myself multiple times before they offered me a different dish, which I did not want. I just wanted a refund. They promised the boss would call me back, but I never heard from them. Overall, the experience was a waste of time and I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

I ordered my food to take away and when I got home it had flies and that made me sick, bad kitchen service

The food was decent, but it lacked flavor and definitely was not the best I've ever had.
