White Castle - Cincinnati

They are rarely open and if they are, they will sit in the drive at least 35 min no exaggeration I am here now. they operate 1 car at a time and leave 7 total cars waiting in the drive! by far the worst customer service or the white lock I was ever too!

Eat is great. some of the workers are wonderful. the only disadvantage is that they are very short-handed.

The young lady who served me on this day was kind and polite. However, I advise against visiting the restaurant on West 8th Street, as the staff there were rude and disrespectful. They need to improve their teamwork and work more efficiently. The service was slow, and there seemed to be a lot of arguing among the staff. They really need to focus on maintaining a cleaner environment and being more polite.

White Houses is an excellent restaurant with truly delicious food. The dishes are always served piping hot, so be careful! However, the only downside is that there are no electrical outlets in the dining area. It's quite strange - I’m not sure why that is, but I also don't have any plugs where I live. Nonetheless, the experience has been great, and I appreciate this place very much!

I really loved my visit there it was ladies and they're manager they were very nice friendly and the food was awesome fresh and hot..I'm going back again. Thanks You All
