It was mine and my wife? The food was amazing, but the service was not friendly. It felt like she was disturbed. I went to the ad and thought about buying something, but the cashier was on her phone. Customer service can be hard but perk up. We were kind and you lost our business.
We took a day trip from Columbus to Cincinnati and between the Art Museum and the jungle Jim decided we should eat before we walk a grocery store. We randomly selected the pickled pig because it was nearby and we are NOT disappointed. We started with the pimple boat (the pickled egg and the apples were unique highlights. And had the pork fillet sandwich and the pork burger. Both were phenomenal. Everything was super fresh and we are seasoned. The Thai basil was a perfect counterpart to Tenderoin and the Kimchi on the Burger was some of the freshest, best Kimchi I ever had outside Korea. We have figs to go (baked with fresh figs from chef garden! Also. I haven't tried yet, but I'm sure it will be as amazing. Service was super friendly, and we really dug the feeling of homestyle of the place. We will definitely be back and everyone we know will come to the area!
We came to a whim and my God was unprepared. Everything was so fresh and cooked to absolute perfection. We were so pleasantly surprised how well the pairings went on the menu. We tried the pork burger, the chopped pork zartloin (the daily special) and the pimple boat. Everything was so good that we were gone with a bag of snacks. We'll be back.
I love their black bean soup. The pickle plate was a great side. So much to eat while honoring my gluten free existence.
