Every time I visit, I request no lettuce, yet they still include it in my order.

I was really disappointed with my meal as not a single item was prepared correctly. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. For a takeout lunch that cost around $10-20, the food was a letdown (1/5), though the service was decent (4/5) and the atmosphere was average (3/5).

$12 for a chicken chalupa meal and the chalupa shells were so stale I couldn’t even chew them. Of course I’m not gonna go back and complain because that’s how you get food spit into. I love the chalupas when they are fresh but this location doesn’t seem to care what they give their customers. Y’all are about to lose a ton of business when that Chipotle opens up across the street. Price per person: $10–20
