Smoothie King - Cincinnati

This is a deeply challenged location. The drive though communication is poor, and staff can't seem to keep up with even two smoothie orders as they're coming through the speaker. Orders are very often incorrect and they don't seem to know what to do when an order needs to be fixed. I've also witnessed employees doing that trick where they tilt the cup to coat the sides and make it look as though the cup is full, even though it isn't. The smoothie quality is inconsistent. From day to day the same order can taste wildly different. I love Smoothie King but this location has some serious execution problems.

Worst Smoothie King ever. There were 5 girls working there and it took 20 minutes to make my regular-sized smoothie. There was no drive-thru line nor were they doing any work besides standing around talking, laughing, and playing on their phones while I waited. I've never seen a work ethic and treatment of customers this horrible; Management here definitely has a lot to work on. Once I finally received my smoothie, it tasted like dirt. I'm never going back and advise you to do the same.

Not a week goes by that I don't stop at Smoothie King in Oakley for a healthy smoothie. Service is always quick and the smoothies are the best!!

Guess if you show up 15 minutes to close in the drive through they'll ignore you until it's 9 pm and won't serve you. Good stuff.

I love this location. Amazing workers, extremely patient and kind, always have a smile on their face. Amazing experience every time.
