Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cincinnati

I visited the restaurant today to inquire about a missing credit order that was lost in their system. Despite not being able to verify my order, the General Manager listened attentively and resolved the issue. While I didn't receive the credit I was expecting, we reached a compromise. It seems like things are improving here with the new GM in charge and I'm glad to see positive changes being made. Keep up the good work!

Horrible experience! Customer Service didn’t exist with the employee working the front counter! Gave us an attitude when trying to order! Never asked about sauces nor drinks. Also didn’t receive our drinks or silverware! Will not be revisiting this location again!

Good service most of the times. The main manager really is helpful and she really really knows how to get thing's done. She really tries to make every customer feel like thier at home. Good job.

Waited 13 minutes for a fresh batch of chicken. Overall food was delicious. Outside of New Orleans every Popeyes cuts down on the spice.

Every time I go to this restaurant, there is always an issue and I only go because it's closer to my home. They always seem to be out of everything, even in the middle of the day they are out of drinks, tea, sandwiches, everything. Today, for the 4th time in a row, they left out part of my order and when I called, they only had 22 minutes in their grasp while they were just laughing and talking in the background. I despise this place, it is definitely one of the worst!
