Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cincinnati

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. One of the employees was not willing to sell me the number of pieces I wanted. They said they would be out of stock for the rest of the day. Regardless of whether they had the item for me or someone else, they claimed they were waiting on a delivery truck. Can you believe it?

I had problems with this place, but repeatedly hoping that the problems will be solved, they have worse. it's the next place for me. All the workers were not there work, even they were slow when we tried to order, they would cut us off. they would also ignore us, they said they were from all that they would not give us a few of the things we demanded. (wouldn't recommend it and would recommend it to go somewhere else) if I gave them zero stars I would.

This is the worst Popeye's in the entire Tri-state and it's not even funny. This place is extremely ghetto, all the staff are rude and it seems dirty. I asked the kind individual at the cash register if I can get some Mardi Gras mustard, but was rejected because the spicy chicken and fries did not come with it. I offered to buy the packs and she came up with an excuse saying she doesn't have enough. How can you not have enough sauce and you're a place of business? Ghetto!
