Piada Italian Street Food - Cincinnati

I’ve been to quite a few of the location, and they’re all fine. But there’s something about this location that keeps me coming back to it. Everyone is always so friendly, and the food is always perfect.Food: 5/5

Normally, I love Piada. Ordered the Carbonara bowl with chicken and penne. The penne was firm, barely half cooked. The quality of the chicken was masked by the seasoning. I only ate a few bites. Then, I saved it to warm up later. I finished cooking the penne, added more sauce at home, and it was fine. I threw out the chicken because once it was warmed up, it was mostly gristle and fat. This makes it difficult to want to go back.

Service was pleasant and prompt. The line moves pretty quickly so you can get in and out in no time. Store was clean, good atmosphere, employees were all working together as a team unit. The head chef was working alongside her staff and kept everyone in good spirits. Ill be back to this location every chance i can get. There is plenty of room for dining in and on nice days you can go out to the side dining area and enjoy the fresh air as you dine.Parking: Plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of handicap parking and no stairs to the location or inside

Very nice service! The BLT wrap was a little too salty and the mango drink was a bit spicy but Those are the only menu items I've tried.Food: 3/5

Love this place! I've only had one less than stellar experience and Katlyn and Hannah went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I typically order online and go pick it up on my lunch break. While the Avocado Chop Salad and the Power Bowl are my go-tos, I've never had something there I didn't like. Definitely recommend this for a quick lunch or dinner.
