The pillows were as hard as bricks, which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. There was a dog barking all night in the room next to us, but the front desk staff were very helpful. The food and location were both great. Overall, I would rate the rooms at 2 out of 5.

21 C hotels consistently maintain a high standard, although the prices for the rooms can be quite steep. A standard room, including tax, costs over $500, which may seem pricey for the somewhat basic accommodations. Despite this, the rooms are still very comfortable. The service at the hotel is top-notch and the rooftop bar is excellent, although it can be a bit slow on Friday nights. Overall, the rooms would receive a rating of 3 out of 5.

Great location, easy to walk to most places. The shower wasn't my favorite, but the tiles were really artsy and cool. Really enjoyed staying here. The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean. :)Rooms: 4/5

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel after my recent experience. Upon entering the room, we were shocked to find blood stains on the bed sheets. Despite being moved to another room, it was in even worse condition with wrinkled sheets, dirty furniture, and stained carpet. When I requested a refund at the front desk, I was told the sales manager, Derrick, was unavailable and the process would have to wait until Monday. Another guest also complained about an unclean room that had not been properly prepared. After a month of delays, Derrick was rude and unhelpful in processing my refund. It was frustrating that only he had the authority to do so, even over his own manager. The hotel rooms are rundown and poorly maintained, leaving me questioning the cleanliness standards. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Beautiful hotel with such interesting rooms and comfortable beds. Great location that is within walking distance to so many landmarks. Staff is fantastic. The spa is soooo good. Loved it!Rooms: 5/5
