LONG JOHN SILVER'S - Cincinnati

I love the food but customer service lacks here. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:55 and told they opened at 11. No big deal I put it in reverse and park. I hadn't even put the car in park when 2 cars pull in and they took both there orders. Why tell me they're not opened yet then take orders at 10:56. Not the end of the world but it didn't make sense.

The food here is consistently great every time I go, and the drive-thru workers are always friendly. I know Long John Silver's locations are closing around the country, but I really hope this one is here to stay, because it's always got great food.

Horrible! The place looked like it hadn't been renovated in 50 yearsThe fish was rubbery and greasy inedible.

I stop here every now and then when I'm taking Kemper instead of 275.
