Kung Fu Tea - Cincinnati

They're getting a lot of business, but they need to stop being greedy and invest some money into hiring more staff. It’s frustrating to see only one worker handling the rush when there are literally 33 people in line!

I frequently visit this Kung Fu Tea location for boba, but during my stop today, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the counter. The customer service was also extremely poor; it felt like the staff was being forced to work against their will and were preparing incorrect orders.

I politely asked if they could possibly add more jelly to the second drink, explaining that I was familiar with how much should be in there. The new girl at the counter, who I’d never seen before and is an Asian girl (not that it matters, as I’m also Asian and not at all anti-Asian), immediately reacted unfavorably. She rolled her eyes and gave me an unpleasant look. I understood they were busy, but I had paid almost a dollar extra for the additional jelly, and I expected to receive what I paid for. When she finally returned my drink, she didn't even acknowledge me or say a word—just placed it on the counter coldly. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and should not be how customers are treated. I walked out completely disheartened.

Didn't know it was in a shopping center, but still worked out. faster big service, got a new type of drink and loved the pfirsich tee w/ boba. tons of options to fulfill all taste buds

Umm I got to the king fu yea location in kenwood at 11:30 and it still said closed. I waited until 12 and it was STILL closed while there was a woman behind the counter who had her AirPods in and wasn’t paying attention to me so I couldn’t even ask her when they would be open. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and drove out 15 minutes to get a boba tea I’d been craving for a week now and couldn’t even get it. Why not open on time ?!? I don’t understand. Will not be returning.
