Domino's Pizza - Cincinnati

I have always been satisfied with every Domino's I have ever visited. I went to the one in Cincinnati today and it was perfect. It's reassuring to know that no matter where I am in the country, there is always a Domino's nearby.

The restaurant was very busy late at night with truck deliveries and customers. I ordered the nine-piece boneless wings, which were delicious, but unfortunately four of them were extremely small and disappointing.

The restaurant was very skimpy with toppings! I ordered a carefully crafted 3-topping pizza and received a very greasy, overly doughy pizza.

Before a week and half a week I ordered the delivery of this dominos at 12:00 o'clock, I waited 30 min and on my phone it still said that it was baking, so I called the load to see if it would soon be done. they said that eating would go in 10 minutes. at 12:47 my food left the load. I sat outside and waited for my food and then at 1:00 a.m. it said it was delivered, but I never got my food. I had the right address and everything in there, so it couldn't have gone anywhere else. I tried to call the load to make sure that he still came to me and waited for someone who answered 45min, then was suspended before I could speak. again tried and hanged after 18 minutes waiting time, tried again and hanged for 12 minutes waiting time, tried again and was suspended after 7 minutes waiting time, and before they were hanged on me, they said: "sweetly closed" and suspended. I then sat outside my apartment waiting for my food until 2:45 o'clock and my shipper steven finally showed up. then I called the manager in the load and she apologized and said she would call me back. I never received a call back, so I called the next day and they said there was no manager there and they would call me back the next day. Now it's a week and a half later and still nothing from the load is really ridiculous. How could you handle people so well? my driver's name was steven and when he was raised, he had a blunt in his hand smoking gras. not very professional and absolutely disgusting when they supply someone's food and show 2.5 hours later.

Ordered pizza to be delivered at Children’s hospital. Driver delivered to UC hospital. I left detailed instructions to call me when he gets to the emergency room. He called and said “your pizza is delivered” and hung up. I get a call from UC asking me to come get the pizza and that’s when I realized he delivered the address to a totally different hospital. He was extremely rude to me and rude to UC security who called me to pick up my food. Of course I wasn’t leaving my child alone at the hospital so the best I could do is call the location. I called to get my full refund to my card and she put me on hold to get a manager. I’ve been on hold not 13 minutes. This driver got a 20% tip and if he was rude to both me and security, he has to be this way all the time. I intend getting a full refund but I will never order from this location. 15 minutes and 6 seconds on hold so far.
