Crown Republic Gastropub - Cincinnati

The food was excellent, bursting with taste and could say it was made with love! Service was also impeccable with paying Caitlyn attention to every detail while incredibly friendly and up to earth!

The food was amazing! We had the Burrata appetizer and ink cake dinner. They were both delicious. It's a very nice restaurant.

This was our second time in Crown Republic Gastropub, and it was delicious! The pasta dishes are wonderful! It is perfect for dinner before a show at Aronoff, as they are only 2 blocks away. Service was efficient and fast.

As always, the food was fabulous. This brings us back. The service continues to suffer (and was even worse). First drinks came with the appetizers (ordered simultaneously, but honestly, we could see the bar and the kitchen to know that this was ridiculous); had to flag the server several times to order food; additional Pita came out after we have completed the court; second round of drinks came out when we finished our food; Table was never deleted until the check came. Then the check 'Tip Options' had the first option 22%. We left 18% and felt uncomfortable, but the service was so bad that I could not justify anymore. From my point of view, this is the responsibility of management...please hire someone to teach you how to train your staff and then please train your staff! Everyone gets happier in the end.

Great food and service in a modern friendly environment. French onion dumplings were great as was the squid ink pasta with crab.
