Przekaż informację zwrotnąVisited the location on Friday and they were out of lettuce and cheese. I visited the location on Sunday around 3pm and they were out of Black beans, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, tomatoes and salsa. The place sucks.
The staff are always kind when I’m there. But this place probably has the worst management me personally I’ve never seen a manager around.And that’s probably why they’re always frustrated they probably don’t even get breaks. So keep that in mind when coming in being rude.When I asked why they were out of things the young lady told me supply chain issues and I get that.But the staff is really kind and everytime I come it’s always 3 girls in here working their butts off I came in last Sunday and there was 1 girl working the line and register I can’t imagine how frustrating that is because there were more people in the restaurant in the back talking.Even when the next customer was giving her a hard time being very rude while I was waiting to be rung out. God Bless those 3 girls.I wish I got their names very hard workers.
Might want to call and make sure they have the items you like. If you can even get thru to a person. Good luck. Everytime i go they are out of something ill just go to the blue ash one. Its just so convenient becasue i go to walmart alot but to be out of cheese 4 times in a row is ridiculous and its not like they write that on the door no they wait until your about to order just to waste your time.
Three young ladies worked my order. None smiled. The one at the cashier frowned so hard as I stood in front of her waiting for my bowl to come down the line. I asked for 2 vinegarettes. She didn't look at me, only shook her head while she put my bowl in a bag. She put in one vinegarette then slid the bag to me. If she can't properly greet us customers, I mean no Hello or smile or thank you at all, then it would be great if we didn't have to see her at all... OH! And there's no cheese and no tacos here today
I’m trying to get an answer to a question and all I receive is an automated phone and message when I call or fill out a report online! My question is not an automated one. This is so frustrating and a joke! Also, I don’t think they honored teachers this year like they usually do. As a teacher, our work is harder than ever very disappointing! I’m more frustrated with the auto assistants, as my answer cannot be answered. I am thinking about dumping Chipotle, and I am a regular customer! I work hard for my money and everything costs more. Why should I give it to a company that can’t answer my questions?
