Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cincinnati

Almost always in stock of all of their menu items (occasionally they run out of chips but that's usually within the last hour or so that they're open). This location has always been fully staffed each time I've come here which helps the line to move quickly and the staff is quite friendly. Overall, really good service! Much better than the Hyde Park Chipotle!

Update: Now that things have calmed down, the service has improved considerably. You still have to keep on them about portion size but overall things have gotten a lot better. I believe the ingredients come out of the employee's pay check. That's the only way I can explain the constant half sized portions. Do not order online as they will short you and charge full price. This is what they consider a full bowl.

We did stand for like 10-15 mins waiting on the employees to finish carry out orders but the food was really good.

Clean, friendly, and CHEAP on the meat. Don’t make it awkward for the customer by skimping on the meat. I PAID for extra and I get regular amount. I will go somewhere else. Just got home and the chips are stale. Lazy and cheap!

Compared to other chipotles in the area, this one is better
