They're always short on ingredients that people ask such as salad dressing, corn, peppers, etc. The chef's overseason their marinated chicken with too much salt are overcooked. They're stoves are always off on operational which leaves some days when customers are asking for beans or pork, they can't serve them because their stove doesn't work. Kind of annoying. They also need to improve their customer service because at times, they come off as rude.
I rarely would consider ever writing a poor review, however Emma showed an elevated level of passive aggressive behavior that other guests as well as myself had to endure. It costs $0 to be a nice person. In my ten years of being a Chipotle customer I had never had to put up with such poor service. The food was pretty good though, as it usually is.
Everything is SO FKING SALTY!!!!!! The chips are already soft, and big chunk of salt is literally there on the chips. The chicken was good but still, too much salt!
Horrible service, bad management, barely edible rice, only 1 1/2 scoops when i asked for “double meat”. every time i go here i have an overall bad experience. I now just drive to the chipotle on Stetson street bc half the time, they’re out of an ingredient i want. I understand that they are one of the busiest chipotles in Cincinnati but having 1 person working the whole line is not good management. oh, and don’t even get me started on trying to order pickup or delivery: (so many problems I can’t even say them all) barely any meat, not ready when i get there, and delivery will always take at least an hour and a half (doordasher waits at restaurant for so long)
