Went to visit Buffalo Wild Wings last night. We got seated at 7:57 but didn’t leave till 9:15 ish due to issues. Took a bit to get our drinks. We ordered a few mins after that. It seemed like they were very short staffed. My husband had ordered all flats and was given all drums. So we reordered those. We weren’t checked on as frequently as we should have been. My husband had really hot wings so it would have been nice to have refills more often. When we got the bill, it had both orders of wings on it. We waited over 10 mins to get that fixed. Overall, service was just not great and we plan on going to the Milford location next time!

Location is terrible in my opinion, difficulty finding... loaded nacho....and chips... sauces were wrong... so not happy with this!

Always good food. No complaints there. Service has changed. The last two times we went, we had to flag down our waitress a few times. Now we get carry out. Hot and delicious, but at our table.

After 15 minutes of no waitress I walked up to the bar to ask for a waitress, the bartender said they would find one for us which he did. She was a nice girl but was not cut out for the job, screwed all of our bills up and then we sat for another 25 minutes while they tried 2 more times to correct it! When the manager came over she was rude and told us that it was a system malfunction and not her fault. I will never return to this bdubs and I would advise anyone else to stay away! Wing and rings is right up the street or the bdubs in milford is 100% better.
