Instead, it had 4 burned pieces of twirl and no aioli. The patty melt was also dry with no sauce left. The bun and waggle were burned. The general tso flavor lacked the expected taste, only tasting like ginger.
The customer service and efficiency at this restaurant are severely lacking. We waited at the door for an hour and watched as 4 dirty tables were left untouched while it took 4 waiters to clean just one table. The wait staff need better training in efficiency because this is unacceptable. Other customers who arrived after us were seated and served before us, even though there were empty, clean tables available. Good food doesn't make up for poor service. We had 2 people in line ahead of us and still only 6 tables were clean.
I have always enjoyed having breakfast at this restaurant. The food is consistently well-prepared, with a variety of breakfast options beyond the typical eggs, bacon, and toast. The service is excellent, the restaurant is very clean, and they also offer a selection of alcoholic beverages which is a nice bonus.
This restaurant is perfect for large groups, as they offer a wide variety of options to choose from. It has a diverse menu featuring everything from breakfast to pizza and wings. The service is consistently excellent and fast.
The food was average, but the menu was fun and it's a great place to bring kids. We ordered the lemon curd pancakes and eggs Benedict with pork. The pancakes had a sweet curd, which was a bit disappointing as we were expecting something tart, and they were just okay overall. The blackberry compote, however, was delicious. The Benedict was tasty but had a bit too much pork. We will definitely come back with our children as the restaurant is bright and clean, mostly with booths for seating, and the menu will definitely appeal to the little ones.
