Kfc - Cicero

Some of the people here made me a little uncomfortable. However, the staff was nice and understanding of my disabilities so I’d rate it a good experience overall.

I'm not one to write reviews and even though this particular KFC makes excellent food, their customer service sucks horribly bad. Even though I called ahead of time they still got my order wrong I had to wait almost a half an hour after I arrived to pick up my order.

No one was up front when I walked in. I had to wait for a bit. Then this woman emerged from the back with a little kid following her. She then took my order. The food quality is not how I remembered it to be. Sorry but I won't be eating there again.

Ordered on line. When I got home part if my order was missing. Tried to call several times and no answer

I called the restaurant multiple times and they never once picked up, horrible customer service.
