The selection for delivery orders was poor, and it seemed like they would pack 25 glazed donuts without any consideration for quality. I recommend not ordering for delivery, as they clearly don’t take the same care with it.

This used to be my favorite spot in town a few years ago, and the service has always been outstanding. However, I hadn’t been there in a long time, and today, while passing by, I decided to stop in for a coffee. As the woman was taking my order, I spotted cockroaches crawling on the donuts behind her. I didn’t say anything to the staff since it wasn’t their fault, but I quickly took my coffee and left. I ended up tossing the coffee because I was too grossed out to enjoy it, and I didn’t want to embarrass the staff. I understand that some places face challenges due to poor management, and I believe that’s what’s happening here. I hope they take the necessary steps to address the issue, but it’s unlikely that I will return as a customer.

This location is superior to the other actual Dunkin' Donuts restaurant. The customer service here is excellent.

THE best Dunkin I have gone to in the entire U.S. always friendly employees, never rude, will do anything to help. My whole family?s favorite Dunkin! And there a lot other in our area and nothing beats the costumer service, the quality and the taste ofthe food!

Instead, I took my coffee and left, deciding to discard it rather than make a scene that might embarrass the staff. I understand that local establishments can face challenges due to issues caused by poor management, and I suspect that might be the case here. I truly hope they address this problem properly, but I doubt I will return as a customer.
