Entrance to buy the pancakes of San Martino, paid at 15 euros per kg. If you consider that in the area of the farm the best pastries sell them to 10/12 euros per kg simple or stuffed, the price has been high. Obviously everyone puts the prices they want. Of course, I wouldn't return to buy them. The bakery was, however, well assorted of sweet and savory.
We have taken typical cannoli with ricotta (very good), ricotta krapfen, pistachio and chocolate (full fillings), pistachio and chocolate cheese, and baba with cream and cream. All very good. Another day we took a semi-cold vanilla and blueberries and a slice of cake with in the ricotta and chocolate, both delicious! Today, Sunday, we took brioches at pistachio, bignè at pistachio and cannoli with ricotta. They seemed totally different, they weren't fresh. It is inconceivable that in a pastry you need not fresh desserts depending on the days.
