Rooms: Clean tidy very presentable Food drinks: Great food great service Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Room seemed clean but NO VENTILATION .. there were no windows to open which was a shame as it made the room very stuffy. Also not sure what happened to the comfy Premier Inn pillows because these were very hard and uncomfortable. The lack of windows would mean I won’t choose this hotel again which is a shame as it was otherwise good. Convenient location with a short walk to the High Street Rooms: 2

Great staff, friendly and always willing to help youwe are regular customers paying a substantial amount to stay here. Downside is the absolutely shocking internet-ohh sorry I mean what internet, no signal, no messages, no contact. Whitbread the owners have been emailed previously (from home) and I informed them off the lack of Internet, generic response-not interested!! This has been ongoing on since last September2022, same lame excuse, not even the Manageress Laura can sort it and is embarrassed to say that she cannot help us with this one. So if your staying in Chipping Norton and want internet don’t stay here-you have been warned. Update-BT are putting Fibre Optic in the hotel by the end of September, hopefully this will be a full install to all rooms-I doubt it!!! Come on Whitbread sort your act out
