Bucks Head Inn - Church Stretton

I thought it looked promising from the outside but it turned out to be just another Marston's.

Where able to book a table short notice for 8 adults, 3 children n 1 dog. Staff where super friendly and very proud of their food and for good reason as it was delicious

Stayed over night nice b&b good breakfast did ask for double room but got twin. should have been notified no alternative offered

Was told hotel had just been taken over we have used this hotel for years for lunch and very happy to do so only four people in this time not eating asked for menu given typed thin piece of paper which was placed on the bar and immediately got wet from spillages was pulled a short pint had sandwiches and sat in restaurant next to a bicycle someone had left there we shan't go back can't recommend they need to get their act together

Under new management and very much for the better. Fantastic food and professional service.
