We had an amazing meal: seafood crostini (Koch creation and modern interpretation of Haemul pajun), eggplant parm (one of their most popular dishes for good reason), spaghetti pomodoro, gnocchi (this is a must eat, perfectly cooked with truffle sauce), steak (ok perfect), canned grapefruit and homemade tiramisu. All we had was cooked so well and tasty. The restaurant is also charming, on a hill overlooking Chuncheon. Perfect for a date night or a family meeting. If Sua Mano were in New York, I'd eat there all the time. The cook has been trained in Italy for years. He brought authentic delicious Italian food to Chuncheon luck for Chuncheon!
Authentic Italian cuisine. The best in Korea, no doubt. The cook went to the cooking school in northern Italy so he knows what he does. Also its inexpensive for fine Italian cuisine. We tried restaurants all over Northern Italy and New York City. This is the best of the best! The place is small and clean. The staff is very friendly and declares every court. For appetizers we had the Italian interpretation of the Korean Haemul Pajeon. Very delicious! We also had an aubergine lasagna that was amazing. For the Primis we had mild spaghetti dish, a mushroom and beef pasta (rigatoni) with truffle sauce. For drinks we had a few glasses of Chianti 2017, not sure the brand, but it was very good. All was excellent! Will definitely come back!
