Pranees Kitchen - Chumphon

EDIT: after visiting couple more times (including for take away) due to the convenience and proximity to the hotel, updating to 5 stars the staff was very friendly and portions of other dishes were more than adequate. The staff was friendly and attentive. It seems the place is owned by a family, most of which (around 6) were attending guests, even when there were only a few tables occupied. The food was tasty, however the portions seemed a bit lacking (we had 3 dishes and a desert, so were satisfied overall). As per the wide spread tradition of thai eateries, the menu has hundreds of items (literally, this place had 300).

One of the best places we have been at during our travels. We ate an obscene amount of food because it was so good. The curries are to die for.

They offer best local food in Koh Tao. I visited almost every day. My favorite dishes were Sweet&Sour and No Name. The staff is so friendly and the place is very clean. I definitely recommend

The food is delicious and perfectly suited to Thai tastes. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. If I go back to Koh Tao, I definitely want to eat here again. It's outstanding!
