Delivery's Pizza - Chuminopolis

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and borneles, I was dialing to ask them to change the pizza but they never answered me, the truth is I was a frequent customer, I liked them but they no longer make them well because my pizza was burnt, I couldn't eat it sour. More or less terminals are no longer the seasoning they used to be. They lost me as a customer and my family member too, it's not worth paying $298 and you can't eat it very stiff, without cheese and it has almost no product. Very bad

I ordered a mushroom pizza and they delivered it without ham! It was only the bread, cheese and mushroom, I called to have the situation clarified and first they told me that the base ingredients are ham and cheese, then I asked why mine didn't have it and they excused themselves saying that if I had wanted ham, I would have it. I had to ask for it as a second ingredient because all the pizzas except the Hawaiian one are prepared with cheese plus the chosen ingredient. I mean, what kind of pizza doesn't have cheese and ham as a base???? Their excuse is ridiculous, they didn't even admit their mistake.

Tardan media hora en tomar una orden, más 40 minutos en que salga tu pizza y otros 20/25 para que llegue a tu domicilio... El servicio es muy deficiente.
