Starbucks - Chula Vista

I mobile ordered two drinks today at 1011. I went thru the drive thru line beginning at 1036. I didn’t reach the window until after 11. I was given one drink and then when I stated I had a second one they had no knowledge of it or anything despite my first drink saying 1 of 2. Then when asked what my drink was I showed them the receipt and they STILL got the drink wrong. This location needs to do better.

The service was one of the worst one I’ve ever experienced from any Starbucks I have been to.

Horrible!! each and every time I come to this particular location, my drink is NEVER RIGHT! I don’t care what time of day it is, it’s the same thing. The employees clearly don’t want to work and get fussy and talk about you right in front of you about how many pumps you’re getting. Sad.

This is my new new fav starbies.... and my NEW NEW FAV BARISTASSSSS.... A R E....... DRUMROLL.... Can I just get a shout out for MEL and ANDREA PLEASSSE! They are such a vibbbeeeee. I think... Mel is the manager??! Don't quote me on that tho. Anyway... She's amazing!!!! So HILARIOUS.... And then out of nowhere.... Andrea comes and hiiiii.... So much fun. I felt like I knew them FOREVER. If I could give 10 stars I would. But I can't so ... luckily I'm with my friend rn. And she also has Yelp and we cannot stop talking about how cute and fun they are. So yay'. Double Yelp review! The best part of waking up........ is starbies in ur cup! Just a little fyi... they were having some sort of technical difficulties... so they had their maintenance guys already on deck... But I had to go rn to run my niece to school. Also why i wrote Mel is the manager earlier... I knew I had a point. ... my adhd is kicking in so hard rn. she was so sweet tho... She Said oh guys also ... there's another Starbucks. To which.... I politely interrupted.... Nah ahh girl.... This is the only Starbucks I will ever come too from now on!

The employee's and the service at this Starbucks is great. They are always polite and offer good service. The drinks and pastries and are good too. ??
